Commission Structure
The Water and Energy Commission has been constituted with a view to rendering advice and suggestion to the Government and other concerned agencies in the formulation of policies relating to rational utization, control, protection, management and development of water resources and energy and also in the field of implementation of projects. The composition of the Commission is as follows.

The Government of Nepal may do necessary addition, deduction and reshuffle in the number of members of the Commission as and when deemed necessarty. The Commission amay also invite in its meeting experts or officals as and when deemed necessary.
